Overthinking is that moment you stop and replay the last conversation wondering if they might misinterpret what you said. It’s not saying hi to your crush because you are afraid they might see you as desperate. (Well, lets just admit that anything having to do with the person you’re attracted to leads to overthinking.) Stand or Kneel? Where do I fall? I’ve tossed and turned these ideas in my head and have debated whether to share those thoughts in such an open forum where my words can be taken and interpreted in so many ways. Yet after all the internal debate, I have decided that it was worth sharing. Here it goes.
I’m sure you (as an avid reader of course) are more than excited to hear about the latest chapter in my (non-existent) dating life. I’m even more sure that that last statement is not true. But regardless, I’ve decided to share.
A couple weeks ago I signed up for an online dating site (the free kind). And 24 hours later, I deleted my profile.
